My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the center of Puerto Banus, but the noise from the busy roundabout and motorway made it hard to enjoy the balcony. The service was lacking, with issues communicating and an incident where we were asked to leave abruptly. Despite some drawbacks, the dining was fantastic and the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel has a great location, right in the center of Puerto Banus, very close to the vibrant nightlife and just a few minutes away from everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, albeit a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The service is efficient, with the reception able to help with taxis and other arrangements. The dining experience is hit or miss, offering some fantastic options but also lacking in others. The location is fantastic for beachgoers and nightlife enthusiasts, although the underground parking comes at an additional cost.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the red walls faced a noisy roundabout and motorway, making it hard to enjoy the balcony due to the noise. The balcony door didn't lock properly.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were like a trip in the past with 90s looking furniture and wooden tables that were impossible to move around. However, the rooms were beautiful, even though they were different from what was shown on the screen behind the check-in counter and on the website.
